Tax Preparer
You help community members feel less alone at tax time by securely handling sensitive tax information, preparing and filing their returns electronically, and kindly explaining the results - including refunds/balances owing and any benefits/credits that may apply — so they feel informed and supported.
Tax Preparation with access to sensitive
Admin OPs
You help the clinic run smoothly by reviewing intake forms and documents, organizing secure files, updating the client tracker/database, and following up on missing items — handling personal taxpayer information with care, confidentiality, and respect so nothing falls through the cracks
Intake & Files with access to sensitive information
Client Ops
You support clients through scheduling, friendly updates, and feedback collection, and help keep the workflow running smoothly by tracking file statuses (without viewing tax details) and improving processes.
